If you’re looking for a mod that can move items, fluids, energy, and more, look no further than the Pipez mod. Pipez is one of several item transportation mods. The minecraft Pipez mod is entirely focused on the transportation of items from one location to another, offering a few filtering concepts as well as a few other prioritization options. It doesn’t add much to the game, but is quite useful nonetheless. There are only a few types of pipes, a few upgrades, a filter destination tool, and a pipe wrench. Unlike similar mods, it does not add any new types of energy or machines.

The Pipez mod is what you need

This mod works by first creating some pipes. You can construct a variety of pipes. Item pipes are designed to transport items. Fluid pipes transport fluids. Energy pipes transport various types of energy. And universal pipes can transport any of the preceding ones as well as all of them. This tech mod also adds pipe wrench is a tool for disconnecting and connecting pipes. The pipe wrench can also be used to change the item flow from one storage to another.

Build your own pipe system

To transport items, liquids, and energies, you must construct two storage units and connect them with the necessary pipes. Yellow pipes are used for items. Blue liquid pipes are used for liquids. Orange represents energy pipes. And universal pipes are black. Two storage items connected to one another would be a simple build. However, you can always build a more complex system by creating multiple input and output storage.

Using the pipe wrench, you can switch the storage’s function from input to output or vice versa. You do this by clicking on the beginning of each pipe while equipped with the wrench. A pipe connector of some sort appears between the storage box and the pipe to indicate input. This mod is an absolute must-have, especially if you enjoy automation. Other mods like this have a lot of new blocks, which can be confusing to some, but that isn’t the case with this one. If you’re just getting started with Minecraft engineering, this mod is a good place to start.
