The Starlight mod 1.19.2 is a Fabric mod designed to address this issue. This small mod is very useful and is definitely a must-have. Even though it was initially only a Fabric compatible mod, it is now also available for Forge.
Errors due to errors in the light engine
Starlight is a Fabric mod that rewrites the light engine to improve lighting performance and eliminate lighting errors. Lighting and effects can sometimes run into an error due to a lot of factors. You can install this mod on a dedicated server or on a client, so players can have the option of where to install it depending on what’s convenient. It is not necessary to install it on both sides. When given an option between the two, it is always important to consider what would be more beneficial.
Rewrites the entire light engine
Clients can connect using Vanilla/Phosphor/Starlight if Starlight is installed on the server. You can also connect to Vanilla/Phosphor/Starlight servers if you have this mod installed on your client. This mod and Phosphor are incompatible and cannot be installed together, so make sure that when this mod is installed that you are not going to be using Phosphor or vice versa. Because this mod is a rather destructive light engine rewrite, expect it to break mods more frequently.
It is always advisable to use this mod with vanilla Minecraft only or with some mods that are proven to be compatible with such mods. This mod was created for larger-scale dedicated servers that were experiencing performance issues due to the light engine’s unbelievable slowness. The only option was to develop an extremely intrusive mod that rewrites the entire light engine.

Installation
- First, you need to download Fabric Modloader.

- Find or create a folder called “mods”. Drag in your Fabric mods, they will be loaded the next time you launch Minecraft.
